Frequent travelers (10 or more trips per year) make up only 14%
of all business travel-ers, but they take 54% of all trips.
Baby Boomers (35 - 54 year olds) are most likely to stay in a hotel,
travel for business, and fly.
Last year, 25 million people made travel plans via the Internet,
up almost 60 % from 1999. Of these 25 million people, 15 million
are frequent travelers.
Travelers cite friends and relatives as their number one information
source regarding places to visit, flights, hotels, and rental cars.
